Hand-operated oil pump is a hand-operated oil pump, which is mainly used to pump oil, lubricating oil, diesel oil, gear oil and other oil products from 200L oil drums, machine oil drums and diesel oil drums. The operation is simple without power supply, and the oil is pumped by manually shaking the handle to generate negative pressure. The complete use steps are as follows:
Installation and fixation
Insert the extended main pipe of the hand-operated oil pump vertically into the oil drum, tighten the top interface, and connect the oil outlet hose to ensure that the pump body and the oil drum are sealed tightly to prevent air leakage from affecting the suction.
Exhaust and oil intake
When there is no oil in the pump body for the first time, shake the handle slowly and uniformly to exhaust the air in the pump body to form a vacuum negative pressure until the oil enters the pipeline.
Normal pumping
Keep shaking the handle clockwise at a uniform speed, and the rotation speed should be even and steady, not too fast and too hard. The oil will flow smoothly from the oil outlet along the internal pipeline of the pump body.
Use closing
After pumping, stop shaking the handle, close the oil outlet and pull out the pump body. It is necessary to clean up the residual oil in the pump for a long time to prevent dry and stuck.
Use tips
Poor oil delivery and failure to pump oil are mostly caused by air leakage in the pipeline, loose sealing ring and incomplete internal air discharge;
Suitable for extracting engine oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, and it is not recommended to extract corrosive chemical liquids;
Hand-cranking speed is even and the oil output is more stable. Too fast will easily lead to pump body shaking and intermittent oil output.
