Single phase self-priming screw pump
Single phase self-priming screw pump is a small high-pressure oil transfer pump/water pump driven by 220V civilian single-phase electric drive, with self-priming capability and a positive displacement screw structure. It is characterized by high suction range, high head, small flow rate, self-priming and no filling. It is commonly used in households, agriculture, and small industries, especially suitable for pumping diesel, engine oil, well water, and boosting water supply.
1. Core principle
A continuous sealed chamber is formed by the meshing of the rotor (metal screw) and the stator (rubber liner);
The motor drives the rotor to rotate, and the chamber moves from the suction end to the discharge end, forming negative pressure suction at the inlet and squeezing discharge at the outlet. Start up without the need for water injection, it can directly extract air and liquid, with a self-priming height of 4-8m, much stronger than centrifugal pumps.2. III. What media can be extracted

Strong self-priming: 4-8m suction stroke, no need for bottom valve, first fill the pump chamber, and then no filling.
