Small oil change machine

A small oil change machine is a portable waste oil extraction and new oil filling device used for auto repair/maintenance. It can be divided into three types: manual, electric, and pneumatic. The core is the upward suction oil extraction (from the oil dipstick tube), which does not require a lift or disassembly of the oil pan screws, resulting in a clean effect.

1. Mainstream Types and Selection

1) Manual Vacuum Oil Changing Machine (Commonly Used)

Structure: 5-10L Transparent/Oil Resistant Plastic Bucket+Manual Vacuum Pump+Slender Probe Tube.

Principle: Hand cranked/pull rod vacuum pumping, negative pressure oil suction;

2) Electric small oil change machine (good efficiency)

Structure: 220V/12V pure copper motor+self-priming pump+oil collection tank+hose set.

Principle: Motor driven pump suction, one click oil pumping/filling, with overheating protection.

. Advantages: labor-saving, fast, strong suction; Suitable for frequent oil changes and high viscosity engine oil. Disadvantages: Requires power supply; There is motor noise.

3) Pneumatic oil change machine (commonly used in auto repair shops)

Structure: connected to an air compressor, vacuum+pressure dual mode, can be pumped or injected.

. Advantages: high traffic, maintenance free, and continuous operation; Suitable for high-frequency stores. Disadvantages: Requires air source; The price is slightly higher.

Fifth, usage points

After heating the car, pump the oil (with thin oil, fast flow rate, and less residue). Insert the probe to the bottom and confirm that it has reached the lower part of the oil pan. Drain the remaining oil and clean the filter screen after use to extend its lifespan.
