Pneumatic oil pumping unit

Pneumatic oil extraction machine is a core environmental protection equipment for automotive repair and maintenance, as well as oil change of construction machinery. It is powered by compressed air and relies on the principle of negative pressure to extract and centrally recover waste oil such as engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, etc. It has four functions: oil extraction, oil receiving, oil storage, and oil discharge. It is explosion-proof (based on actual reports) and leak proof, and is a necessary tool to replace manual oil discharge and standardize hazardous waste treatment.

1. Working principle: Pneumatic negative pressure, safe effect

Connect 6-8 bar compressed air, and use a vacuum generator to create a negative pressure of * * -0.08~-0.1MPa * * between the transparent measuring cup and the oil storage tank. Use atmospheric pressure to suck waste oil into the measuring cup/tank through a probe.

; It can move away from the gas source, is not restricted by pipelines, and has low pressure oil discharge after pumping. The entire process is explosion-proof without electricity (based on actual reports).

2. Material and Structure: Good practicality, leak proof and anti-corrosion (based on actual reports)

Tank Body: 1.5mm thick steel plate, 70L large capacity, reinforced ribs to prevent deformation, internal anti-corrosion (based on actual reports), oil resistant and corrosion-resistant coating (based on actual reports).

Transparent measuring cup: 10L explosion-proof (based on actual reports) tempered glass, with scale, visible oil quality and measurable oil quantity, high temperature resistance (based on actual reports) and aging resistance. Oil pan: 16L enlarged eccentric disc with filter screen to prevent splashing, adjustable height (1.65m), suitable for lifting/trench operations.

Lifting rod: thickened chrome plated, smooth lifting and firmly locked;

; 360 ° universal silent wheel brake, easy to move and position.

Sealing and piping: Nitrile rubber seal is oil resistant and leak proof, equipped with 5 specifications of oil extraction needle tube (1.5m) and oil discharge tube (1.5m), suitable for multiple vehicle oil ports.

Applicable media: engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and other thin oils (do not pump brake oil, corrosive liquids).
