Small diaphragm pump (also known as micro diaphragm pump) is a type of positive displacement reciprocating pump, characterized by small volume, strong self-priming, dry running resistance, corrosion resistance (based on actual reports), and low noise. 1. Structure and Working Principle

Core Structure: Composed of a drive motor (mainly 12/24V DC), eccentric wheel/connecting rod, elastic diaphragm, pump chamber, inlet and outlet check valves, and pump body;

The medium only contacts the diaphragm and pump chamber, and the motor is completely isolated to prevent leakage and contamination.

Working principle: The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, driving the diaphragm to bend back and forth:

Suction stroke: the diaphragm protrudes outward → the pump chamber expands → negative pressure is formed → the inlet check valve opens and the outlet closes → fluid is sucked in.

Discharge stroke: concave diaphragm → pump chamber contraction → pressure rise → outlet one-way valve opening, inlet closing → fluid discharge.
