PRODUCT DETAILS
Small bottom pump
Small bottom pumps (bilge pumps) are safety equipment required for small boats/yachts to discharge accumulated water (rainwater, leakage, splashing) from the bilge, preventing flooding and corrosion. The following provides an appropriate explanation of core parameters, types, selection, installation, and maintenance speed.
Core parameters (mainly 12V/24V DC)
Flow rate: Small ships commonly use 500-1100 GPH (about 1.9-4.2 m ³/h)
Voltage: 12V (mainstream), 24V (large ships)
Outlet: 3/4 "; (19mm) or 1-1/8 "; (29mm)
Head: about 1.5-3m, the higher the flow rate, the smaller the flow rate
Material: ABS shell, stainless steel shaft, anti-corrosion (based on actual reports) seal
Installation key
The pump body/suction port needs to be installed at a lower point at the bottom of the cabin
Use smooth hard pipes (non corrugated), shortened straight pipes, and stainless steel clamps
Install a one-way valve at the outlet to prevent backflow
Electrical: Add fuses, keep away from water sources, and do a good job of waterproofing (based on actual reports)
Daily maintenance
Monthly testing of automatic start stop function
When not in use for a long time, take it out and store it dry
